About Me
Hi, I'm Kelly Langan, a licensed massage therapist and the owner of On the Mend Massage in Chesterfield, Virginia. My journey into massage therapy was fueled by a deep passion for helping others heal-both physically and emotionally.
I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's in counseling, which have given me a strong understanding of the mind-body connection. I've always been drawn to work that supports people through life's challenges, I wanted to expand my ability to help in a hands-on way. That led me to pursue massage therapy at Brightpoint College, where I earned my massage therapy license.
I specialize exclusively in lymphatic drainage massage for post-surgical recovery. This technique is essential for reducing swelling, promoting circulation, and speeding up healing after procedures such as liposuction, tummy tucks, and other cosmetic or medical surgeries. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and professional environment where clients can focus on healing and feeling their best.
Outside of my work, I have a deep love for the outdoors and adventure. Hiking, kayaking, whitewater rafting, and skydiving are just a few of the activities I enjoy. I believe in living life to the fullest and embracing new experiences whenever possible.
At On the Mend Massage, my focus is on helping you recover, feel comfortable in your body, and get back to doing what you love. If you're on the mend after surgery, I'd love to be part of your healing journey.
